The staff was consistently friendly, making check-in a breeze. I enjoyed the spacious room layout, which perfectly accommodated my family. Plus, being just minutes away from Dolphin Mall is a shopping bonus!

However, the breakfast options left much to be desired—often running out and lacking variety. I also encountered some housekeeping issues, as daily cleaning wasn't always accommodated, which felt subpar for the rates charged.

The hotel's location is excellent for shopping, with Dolphin Mall just a few minutes away, making it very convenient for families.

Housekeeping was quite disappointing, as we went days without fresh towels and had to repeatedly visit the front desk for basic necessities.

the air conditioning broke down during my stay. but the spacious room had a king bed and a sofa. the bathroom was huge and spotless. breakfast options were plentiful. so many choices! !

also, the front desk staff didn’t provide any proper instructions at check-in. i almost gave a positive review but the lack of attention here was truly ridiculous. i woudl ve expected at least a complimentary gift for my troubles.

i stayed at springhill suites for one night and it was a pleasant surprise. the room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, exceeding my expectations. having a quick, enjoyable breakfast added to the positive experience.

The King Suite was clean and spacious, with a great layout. We loved that the TV swivels to face different areas of the room. The bathroom was modern and overall, it felt well-maintained. Only downside was the beds weren’t the comfiest. Could’ve used some softer pillows.

Our stay exceeded expectations with a large Queen Suite that was perfect for the family. Enjoyed the proximity to Dolphin Mall for shopping. Remember to explore nearby breakfast spots for better food options. the hotel breakfast could use a refresh!

It was just a nice choice for a lightning trip in Doral with decent value for money. The room was spacious enough for my family, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Bring your own snacks since the breakfast options might not be enough to satisfy everyone.

Would recommend for getting around area

Spacious room, modern facilities, with great air conditioning that made resting comfortable, and a well-equipped gym that was perfect for keeping fit during our stay.
